1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bbdbaj ("bbdbaj", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website at bbdbaj.net and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, promotional offers, and customer support facilities.

By accessing any part of the bbdbaj platform, including browsing the website without a registered account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them. These Terms are effective as of January 2026 and supersede all previous versions.

bbdbaj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, bbdbaj will endeavour to notify registered users via the email address held on their account. Continued use of the platform following notification of a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain informed of the current version in force.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of online gaming regulation. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be handled in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures set out in Section 8 of these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

By registering an account with bbdbaj, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which you use the platform.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject to any sanctions that would prohibit your participation on the platform.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the bbdbaj platform under a prior account.

bbdbaj reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe will result in account restriction and, where appropriate, closure.

Where bbdbaj has reasonable grounds to suspect that a registered account holder is under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately pending verification. Any funds held in the account at the time of suspension will be withheld until the matter is resolved. If underage use is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned via the original payment method used, subject to applicable due diligence checks.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold one registered account on the bbdbaj platform only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. bbdbaj employs technical and manual detection methods to identify multi-account activity, including device fingerprinting, IP address analysis, and payment method matching. Where multi-accounting is identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and any accumulated balances or pending withdrawals will be subject to review and potential forfeiture.

3.2 Registration Information

During the registration process, you will be required to provide accurate and truthful personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number or email address. This information is used for account management, identity verification, and payment processing purposes. bbdbaj does not share your personal data with third parties except as described in the Privacy Policy.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

bbdbaj operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering (AML) best practices. Verification is required before a player's first withdrawal is processed. You may also be asked to complete verification at any other point during your time on the platform, including when large deposits are made, withdrawal requests exceed certain thresholds, or where unusual account activity is detected.

Standard KYC documents that may be requested include:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: Recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your current residential address (dated within 90 days).

3.4 Account Security

You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bbdbaj will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bbdbaj support immediately via live chat or the support email address.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on bbdbaj is ৳100. Deposits may be made via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay. Additional bank transfer options via BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank are available for eligible players.

All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and credited to your bbdbaj wallet account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. bbdbaj does not impose fees on standard deposits, though your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which bbdbaj accepts no responsibility.

bbdbaj reserves the right to set maximum deposit limits on individual accounts, including enhanced due diligence (EDD) restrictions on accounts that trigger AML monitoring thresholds. Players may also set their own voluntary deposit limits at any time through the Responsible Gaming tools available in their account settings.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• The player's account has been verified (KYC completed).
• The minimum withdrawal amount of ৳500 has been reached.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to the balance being withdrawn have been fully met.
• No fraud, AML, or responsible gaming flags are active on the account at the time of the request.

Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours of request approval for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.

bbdbaj reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted without a fully verified account will be held in a pending state until verification is completed.

4.3 Currency

All balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions on the bbdbaj platform are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). bbdbaj does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not apply currency conversion. Players should ensure their payment provider account is funded in BDT before initiating a deposit.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bbdbaj periodically offers bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback rewards, and tournament prizes to eligible registered players. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the general terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms and conditions communicated at the point of the individual offer.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by bbdbaj are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (and, in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms.

Wagering contributions differ by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while live casino table games, sports bets, and other game categories may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10%–20%). The specific contribution rates for each game category are specified in the individual promotion terms.

5.2 Bonus Validity Period

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses must be used (wagering requirements met) within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account. Any bonus balance and associated winnings remaining in the account after the validity period has expired will be forfeited automatically.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

bbdbaj operates a strict anti-abuse policy with respect to bonuses and promotions. The following activities are considered bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms through low-risk hedging strategies.
• Placing bets that violate specific game restrictions outlined in the promotion terms.
• Providing false or misleading information to qualify for a promotion for which you would not otherwise be eligible.

bbdbaj reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or winnings generated from bonus funds where abuse is detected, at our sole discretion, without the requirement for prior notice.

6. User Obligations & Conduct

As a registered user of the bbdbaj platform, you agree to use the platform lawfully, responsibly, and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following obligations apply to all registered accounts:

6.1 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bbdbaj platform:

• Fraudulent activity: Any attempt to defraud bbdbaj or other players, including but not limited to chargebacks, reversed transactions, or false payment claims.
• Money laundering: Using the bbdbaj platform to deposit, layer, or extract funds for the purpose of concealing the proceeds of any criminal activity.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live casino, or tournament format offered on the platform.
• Match-fixing involvement: Placing bets on sporting events where you have direct or indirect knowledge of a predetermined result in violation of sports integrity standards.
• Harassment: Using the platform's communication features to harass, threaten, or abuse other players or bbdbaj staff.
• Third-party account use: Allowing another person to operate your registered account, or operating an account on behalf of a third party.

6.2 Responsible Use

bbdbaj strongly encourages all players to gamble responsibly. You accept that gambling involves risk and that losses are a possible and expected outcome. You agree not to gamble with funds you cannot afford to lose, and to make use of the deposit limits, session time controls, and self-exclusion tools available to you through your account settings. 7. Game Rules & Betting

7.1 Casino Games

All casino games offered on the bbdbaj platform are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to the individual rules published within the game interface. The RTP (return to player) percentage for each game is determined by the software provider and is certified by the relevant testing authority. bbdbaj does not modify game RTP or outcomes.

All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems operated by the game providers. bbdbaj has no ability to influence the outcome of any individual game round. Game malfunctions void all related bets and any associated payouts.

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting on bbdbaj covers a range of markets including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sporting events. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the system. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet ID is issued, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.

bbdbaj reserves the right to void bets placed at materially incorrect odds arising from a technical error or data feed failure. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's wallet. bbdbaj also reserves the right to place limits on the maximum bet size for any market, event, or individual player account at any time.

7.3 Void Bets and Disputes

Bets may be voided in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned or cancelled; the event does not conclude within the validity period specified for in-play markets; the bet was placed at an obviously erroneous price due to a system error; or the integrity of the event is subject to a formal investigation by the relevant sporting authority. In all cases of voided bets, the original stake is returned to the player's account balance.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome or game result, the player should contact bbdbaj support within 72 hours of the disputed event. Disputes received outside this window may not be considered. bbdbaj's records, including server logs and game history data, shall constitute the primary and authoritative record for dispute resolution purposes.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your bbdbaj account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, bbdbaj will process any eligible outstanding withdrawals and close the account. Please note that if you have active bonuses with pending wagering requirements, closing your account will result in the forfeiture of those bonus balances and any associated winnings.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period. Self-exclusion options range from 30 days to indefinite (permanent). During a self-exclusion period, your account will be blocked from login, all marketing communications will be suspended, and you will not be permitted to open a new account on the platform. 8.3 Closure by bbdbaj

bbdbaj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The player has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account has been identified as a duplicate of an existing registered account.
• Fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime is detected or reasonably suspected.
• The account has been compromised by a third party and suspension is required to protect the account holder.
• bbdbaj is required to take action by a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or court order.

Where an account is closed by bbdbaj due to a breach of these Terms, any funds held in the account at the time of closure may be withheld pending investigation. Where funds are determined to be the proceeds of fraudulent activity or Terms violations, they may be forfeited entirely.

8.4 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and bbdbaj that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team, you may escalate the matter in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute". bbdbaj will acknowledge receipt of formal disputes within 5 business days and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days. bbdbaj's decision on disputes, made in good faith and based on available records and evidence, shall be final and binding.

8.5 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bbdbaj's liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bbdbaj shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, howsoever caused.

bbdbaj shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, internet or telecommunications infrastructure failure, third-party payment processor outages, or denial of service attacks.
